We're glad that you show interest in receiving coaching from Colby Mehman, Luke Scribner, and the rest of the Nomad Coaching Team. This is unlike any other online coaching program. Your Weekly Schedules and Recommended Pace Charts are intelligently custom-created by our team according to your performance on specific trials. We'll guide you step by step into higher weekly mileages, lessened chance for injury, faster average speed, and ultimately, crushing every single one of your PRs.

This program is significantly cheaper than other online coaching programs and provides higher personalized workouts because the Nomad Running Society is passionate about seeing people evolve into their greatest running potential. We're not in it for the money; we're in it for the miles!

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Fill out the form below with as much information as possible.
  2. A Nomad Coach will review and approve your membership.
  3. You'll receive instructions via email how to set up monthly billing.
  4. Once billing is complete, you'll receive instructions how to log into your new account.
  5. Shortly after, you'll receive an email notification that your Training Schedule has been set up!
  • We'll send you emails when your schedule updates, when your recommended paces change, when we upload documents just for you, and when we respond to your questions.
  • (Optional) If we want to get in contact with you, we'll schedule a call. Let us know where we can reach you.
  • In order to best customize your training plan, it's a good idea to know what your performance history looks like. If you don't have any PRs then just put "None". Helpful PR's to share with us include: 400/800, Mile, 5K, 10K, 10-mile, Half Marathon, and so on.
  • Let us know if you have a specific time your aiming for in certain distances, or if your goal is related to something else. It will help to know timeframes. For example: Break 18 minutes in the 5K in 6 months or Reach 70 miles per week in one year. We will also help you set reasonable goals if you need help with that.
  • (Optional) You can put another running app profile link here if you do not use Strava.

* By signing up for Nomad Coaching, you agree to receive occasional email updates regarding your training schedule. Every time your Pace Chart or Training Schedule is updated, you'll receive an email with a link to view your new training schedule.
